Wiltshire Music Connect presents ‘JukeBox’, a music-making opportunity for musicians aged 8-18 of any level, welcoming all instruments and abilities. We will inspire you to improve your music skills and, by exploring different styles of music, learn how to creatively apply those music skills when you play together as a group.

February Half term 2021

During the half term week students will have the chance to try some online creative music making, exploring 'Eliza's Aria' in many different styles of music from across the world, composing short melodies and recording a joint concert performance.

The package includes:

- learning short passages of music

- learning about the characteristics of different musical styles

- composing short passages of music

- the chance to book a 15 minute one-to-one tutorial with a tutor

- submitting a recording for a final video performance

Listen to all 5 styles you will be trying out rolled together!

Sneak Peek of the Resources

We are hoping to meet and rehearse as an ensemble in May half term  at Broad Hinton Village hall, close to Royal Wootton Bassett.
